Carnegie's Kitchen: 2 x the Flavor In-Person

Our newest Carnegie's Kitchen Series focuses on one primary ingredient each month prepared in two different ways. Patrons will dust off their kitchen skills related to sautéing, steaming, boiling, roasting, and baking, vegetables in June, July, and August 2026 sessions.  Patrons will improve their knife skills to create visually appealing and tasty garnishes to accompany the other two preparation methods each month.  

June                 Zucchini                Food Art, Caprese Zucchini Boats, Sauteed Zucchini 

July                  Cauliflower            Food Art, Chili Lime Roasted Cauliflower, Cauliflower Fried Rice  

August              Corn                     Food Art, Za'atar Spiced Sweet Corn, Corn Salsa 

This program is free of cost and open to all. Due to high demand, please note that only one registration per person is permitted. If you need to register a second person, you may use the same email but the registration MUST be in their own name. Registrations under duplicate names will be canceled.
