The season of giving is nearly upon us and here's a chance for kids, ages 6-12, to create special handmade gifts for loved ones for any upcoming holiday they'd like to celebrate! There will be 3 different crafts/gifts to choose from. This program is for older kids because, while adult caregivers are not prohibited and should probably stay close by, the kids usually insist you leave the program area so they can make you something special that is a surprise! Past options have included coasters, sugar scrubs, picture frames, decorated mugs, and more but this year's gifts will remain a secret for the elves.  

Kids can drop in any time between 2 and 3:30 to work their elf magic but should allow 30 minutes per craft and can make up to 3 gifts if time and supplies allow.  

This event is free and open to all. All materials are provided by the library, so registration is required to make sure we have enough supplies for all our elves and their wonderful gifts!
