Spinach Wonton Baby Quiche and Spinach & Strawberry Salad: Carnegie's Kitchen In-Person
Cooking at Carnegie’s Kitchen continues in April with Spinach Wonton Baby Quiche and Spinach and Strawberry Salad on the menu.
This program includes the history of spinach and strawberries along with the nutritional profile for each. During our "Chef's Tasting Experience" component of the program, patrons will sample strawberries prepared in various methods to develop taste profiles for each type and decide their favorite.
